Meet Mike Carrier- Pit Master

Owner Mike Carrier specializes in BBQ pulled pork, pork loin wrapped in bacon, marinated chicken and smoked wings, ribs, and double smoked ham. He spends hours planning and prepping every meal. The meats are smoked to perfection. Mike will work with you to make sure you get the best catering experience, and he will master every little detail!
