We had Mac's BBQ come up and cater our Daughters Graduation Party. Mike came up a few weeks before the event and looked at our yard and gave us some suggestions on set up and we reviewed the menu working in many suggestions Mike had for us. He left that night telling us not to worry about a thing. He was right. The day of the event, he and his amazing team showed up and set up what they needed. His team made sure the food never ran low and kept 45 people well fed during the day. He checked with us through the event to make sure everything was ok. When it came time to clean up they broke everything down and cleaned up without disturbing the party at all. Our guests loved his food, we loved his service and attention to details, (I loved his Chinese Sausage app). I would highly recommend Mike and this team for your event.

We had MACS cater a BBQ at our home for 40 people and two months later the guests are still raving about the food. Mike and his team ensured the food and presentation were all top notch. The entire process from the initial planning discussions with Mike, menu planning, setup on the day of the event, timing of the appetizers and food was flawless. The set up of the area to serve the food, signage and menu board added a professional touch and created lots of excitement with the guests. The food itself exceeded everyone's expectations. MACS rubs, sauces and overall smoking process can't be beat. The food is incredible, all of it! MACS packed up the few leftovers we had including some of their signature BBQ sauces which we used with some guests a few weeks later and they can't stop talking about the sauces. If you are looking for someone to cater your next event and want to work with a team that makes the process stress free, is professional and provides amazing BBQ, you need to hire MACS. Our only suggestion for people hiring MACS would be to order an extra tray of the incredible Apple Crisp, it goes fast!! Thanks again Mike and Marissa for doing such an amazing job!

My coworkers and I hired Mac's for our Christmas Eve shift dinner. On the menu we had pulled pork, boneless chicken, chicken wings, mac&cheese and cornbread. EVERYTHING was phenomenal, absolutely the best BBQ I have had. Mike really knows what he is doing! The food is priced very reasonably and Mike genuinely cares about his customers! I will definitely be using Mac's again in the future, Thanks Mike!!!
